Description of problem:
If  there is a successful promotion, not in the default environment path  (Library), clicking the link from the dashboard does not take you to the correct environment path where the changeset existed.

Expected results:
Take user to the correct environment even if it is another set of environments (not the default one).

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist

These bugs have been resolved in upstream projects for a period of months so I'm mass-closing them as CLOSED:UPSTREAM.  If this is a mistake feel free to re-open.
