Description of problem:
ksconfig doesnt seem to have the 'System clock uses UTC' option anaconda has and
it doesnt allow me to set UTC (or GMT) as a timezone.
This makes timezones like GMT0 not selectable.

1. Run ksconfig
2. Try to set those UTC (GMT) options

Try redhat-config-kickstart-2.3.5-10 out of Rawhide.  I added that feature a
couple of months ago.
