Description of problem:
Start/stop operations of monitored web application doesn't trigger immediate availability check and availability icon remains in incorrect state for several minutes so availability table is not exact.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.monitored web application is running (green availability icon)
2.stop this web application 
  
Actual results:
operation is successful but availability icon remains green for several minutes

Expected results:
immediate status change
