Additional info:I was looking for ode package but it is not available in repos, and realized that also octave-forge is not available. I am confused, as I assume that ode package is most importantt for octave

octave-forge is long gone.  The packages are packaged individually now.

I should have ritetn that ode-pkg is missing inn the repo but as component is not included imn the bug component list

It's up to some interested party then to package it and submit it for review for inclusion in Fedora.
