Description of problem:
trying to create jbossas app on devenv_1785, got 'Node execution failure' and app cannot be created successfully.

1.create jbossas type app on devenv_1785

Actual results:
failed to create application jbs1
 Node execution failure (invalid exit code from node).  If the problem persists please contact Red Hat support.

Expected results:
jbossas app has been created successfully.
