Description of problem:
pkg-config related part of gstreamer-plugins-devel requires gstreamer-0.5 library.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Make sure you have gstreamer-plugins-devel installed but not gstreamer-devel and run

pkg-config --list-all

    

Actual Results:  snip9
gdk-pixbuf-2.0        GdkPixbuf - Image loading and scaling
Package gstreamer-0.5 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `gstreamer-0.5.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'gstreamer-0.5', required by 'GStreamer Play Library', not found


Expected Results:  no error message.


Additional info:

Installing gstreamer-devel package fixes this error.
