Description of problem:
Warning appears when system-config-selinux is run under the
default locale.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
policycoreutils-gui-2.0.83-19.24.el6.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
system-config-selinux
  
Actual results:
/usr/share/system-config-selinux/system-config-selinux.py:71: Warning: IA__g_object_get_valist: object class `GnomeProgram' has no property named `default-icon'
  xml = gtk.glade.XML ("/usr/share/system-config-selinux/system-config-selinux.glade", domain=PROGNAME)

Expected results:
No warning displayed.

This is an old gnome problem that has never been fixed.
