This is a request to support a configurable timeout for the Web User Interface

This is already configurable in apache:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/mod/core.html#keepalivetimeout

httpd.conf:# Timeout: The number of seconds before receives and sends time out.
httpd.conf:Timeout 60
httpd.conf:# KeepAliveTimeout: Number of seconds to wait for the next request from the
httpd.conf:KeepAliveTimeout 15
