Cause: Limitation of width for title bar in Zanata workspace. Consequence: Notification message get hidden with limited width in browser. Fix: Notification has been moved to right corner with popup window to display messages.

Description of problem:
For window widths less than 1200, most of the contents of the title bar of the web translation editor can disappear when a notification message or link wraps to more than 2 lines.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open translation editor for any project and locale
2.Reduce browser window width until there is not sufficient space for all elements in the title bar
  
Actual results:
Most of contents are no longer visible

Expected results:
Non-wrapped elements are still completely visible. Wrapped elements are at least partially visible.

Fixed in 1.7.

As the notifications in 1.7 is moved to the notify element, which fix the problem.
