Description of problem:

when selecting a vm which already exists in setup we get a message:
1 VMs already exists

the problem here is that even when we already imported the vm as more than once (which means it exists in the setup twice) we still see the same message which means that we need to change the suffix from the default _vm if we want to import the vm without "name already exists" error.

Import VM failed - VM Name already exist in the system. Please rename the VM in the system first

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

si4

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to import more than once for the second time (the vm should exists twice in the setup before you try to import again)
2.
3.

Actual results:

vm count will always be 1 when we try to import vm which already exists more then once.

Expected results:

1) if this is a generic message (which I suspect it is) we should change it to something more general
2. if we can detect how many of the vm's already exist we should change the count (seems more unlikely)

Comment 1 Itamar Heim 2012-06-10 15:12:43 UTC
the number of VMs you tried to import which exist in the system.
not the number of copies of it in the system (which we don't keep)
