Description of problem:

The maven-ear-plugin configuration contains the following:

 <earSourceExcludes>**/application.xml, **/jboss-app.xml</earSourceExcludes>

which causes the blog example to not work in JBDS as the application.xml is missing. All the EAR examples are affected as contextPath is set in application.xml, so the JBDS imported example would register "foo-web" by default, instead of the expected "seam-foo".
