There are some serious errors with your hard drive (as can be seen in the syslog of your traceback), so the kernel has remounted the device read-only.  There's nothing anaconda can do in the case of hardware failure.

The relevant part in dmesg shows I/O error. Could you check your HDD for bad sectors?
