Description of problem:

When I'm adding VM with wrong value under CPU Pinning topology ( e.g 0,1,x )  I get an error message: "Error: VM_PINNING_FORMAT_INVALID"
This error should be translated propely.

Verified - si13 - Message displayed to user is now "CPU pinning format invalid."
