git rev-<TAB> does not show "git rev-list"

1. git rev-<TAB>
Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Should expand to git rev-list

git completion (/etc/bash_completion.d/git) is shipped in the git package, not bash-completion, reassigning.

The rev-list command is a plumbing command, so it is not offered by the bash completion.
