Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add a provider account with a  blank account name.

  
Actual results:
it displays "Label can't be blank". see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
It should display "Account name can't be blank".Also text box alignment required.
