* System without Gluster hosts (no clusters have Gluster enabled). * Volumes -> Create Volume -> Add Bricks -> dialog appears without OK/Cancel/Close buttons, GUI becomes unusable.
for gluster only - volumes is a maintab for gluster+virt - volumes as a maintab should only appear when standing on a gluster enabled cluster (until we get feedback from the field it should become a main tab for rhev-m as well. that's apart of probably worth fixing the bug here to behave normally (error dialog - no gluster clusters defined?)

Actually the scenario it self is blocked, i.e. only gluster enabled clusters will appear in the volume popup's cluster list box. We are doing the filtering of the cluster list before showing it in the volume popup. hence the mentioned case is avoided.
