We do not support rhel5 hosts in 3.1. Closing the bz.

How does it fails? 
This should fail with a message saying this host OS version XXX is not supported for yyyy cluster level. 

Reopening until this is clarified.

that's not related to configure iptables, rather bootstrapping to begin with.
to not confuse with this one, i suggest opening another bug on bootstrap should require at least rhel 6 or something like that.
(though i think we don't check as strict as before since we open sourced)
