Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
Several ways to reproduce, and I'm not aware of the full extent of this bug, but here are a few examples:

LANG=ja_JP.utf8 subscription-manager repos --help
使用法: 使用法: subscription-manager repos [オプション]

options: <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< english!
  -h, --help このヘルプメッセージを表示して終了
  --list このシステム用の既知のレポジトリを一覧表示
  --enable=REPOID 有効にするレポジトリ
  --disable=REPOID 無効にするレポジトリ

Actual results:

commit 5cb18d305747582d3834d823245d96eeafa51f5a
Author: Adrian Likins <alikins@redhat.com>
Date: Thu Jul 12 10:47:27 2012 -0400

839683: Add some strings from older optparse to our i18n version

That will get the string in the catalog, but will need a string update
cycle before the fix can be verified as reported.
Comment 5 J.C. Molet 2012-08-24 11:43:30 EDT
Testing with latest brew build:

[root@jmolet-vm0 ~]# LANG=ja_JP.utf8 subscription-manager repos --help
使用法: subscription-manager repos [OPTIONS]

  -h, --help このヘルプメッセージを表示して終了
  --list このシステム用の既知のレポジトリを一覧表示
  --enable=REPOID 有効にするレポジトリ
  --disable=REPOID 無効にするレポジトリ

There looks like there is no change, the string update happened on 7/12 so this should be in the build... tossing back.
Comment 6 Devan Goodwin 2012-10-02 11:25:41 EDT
As per email discussion we have to close this bug. Translators apparently make a judgement call on whether or not these type of strings should be translated for their language, and in this case they do not think it is correct to do so.
