Cumin and other Aviary clients could benefit from an operation(s) to query and retrieve Submission templates. The template could be either prefabricated and installed into the system by an administrator or a "clone" of another successfully completed submission. In both cases, the user can provide parameters to narrow the search based on combinations of criteria of interest: - cmd - args - owner - custom attribute - flilesystem - etc.
