Description of problem:
In the history DB Both Tables & Views are empty
v3_0_vm_device_history_view
v3_1_vm_device_history_view
v3_1_latest_vm_device_history_view

And in Engine DB
dwh_vm_device_history_view - empty
vm_device_view - Ok - Got data

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I installed rhevm & dwh and are left it running for couple of hours
2.examine the tables/views in history db
v3_0_vm_device_history_view
v3_1_vm_device_history_view
v3_1_latest_vm_device_history_view

Engine DB
dwh_vm_device_history_view - empty
vm_device_view - Ok - Got data
  
Actual results:
tables/views are empty,
Thus no data will be accumulated for the category

Expected results:
Data should be saved for these tables/views

Additional info:
in Engine DB there is data
only in vm_device_view
