Description of problem:
QE Checked serial number was blank after user installed a new image with virtio block driver enabled for system disk (24G)and data disk (2G) via virtio-win-1.5.3.iso.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install a new image for window7 32 bits and please use the following CLI

2.copy hddinfo.exe to c:\,which is from vadim.
3.in cmd 
  hddinf.exe e:
Actual results:
The serial number parameter is blank
Expected results:
The serial number will be shown as "dogtwo"

Additional info:
Please install a new image for reproducing it and remember to install driver during OS's installation.From my opinion,only by this way can help us to reproduce it.Any issues please let me know.

Sorry for noise,I make a mistake as I checked a wrong disk for the bz.It works well and please ignore it.
