[Storage] [Templates] "Port mirroring" and "Activate" options are not saved on template's NIC.  Also these options are not saved after template creation. If user wants to check "Activate" or "Port Mirroring" after template was created those options won't be saved. Next time user opens the template the check boxes will be empty.

you are right, it appears in the UI and should be removed.
