Description of problem:
At the QGIS starting, pops up a window with an error

"No QGIS data provider plugins found in:
/usr/lib/qgis/plugins
No vector layers can be loaded. Check your QGIS installation"

Real QGIS plugin directory after install is /usr/lib64/qgis, not /usr/lib/qgis/plugins!

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qgis-1.8.0-1.fc17.x86_64

How reproducible:
start /usr/bin/qgis
