fedora-review fails to start unless $HOME/.cache directory is present.

Steps to Reproduce:
 1) install a minimal F17
 2) # yum install fedora-review
 3) # useradd kojan
 4) # usermod -a -G mock kojan
 5) # su kojan
 6) $ fedora-review -v -b 1

A known workaround is mkdir $HOME/.cache

In "Expected results" I meant "fedora-review starts correctly"

Already fixed upstream, will be in next bugfix release
