The community is still not available on devenv_1916, since the other parts are available now, lower the severity.

Clayton, the mysql import is dying because I think the amount of data being imported is increasing... I think you if you add: max_allowed_packet=16384000 To the /etc/my.cnf The import will be successful, and things should go back to normal.
It was max allowed packet. I bumped it to 100M
