Description of problem: On top right corner of the page "X SYSTEMS SELECTED" X value is not getting updated correctly


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as a valid user who have  more than one registered system 
2. Click on registered systems from main menu  
3. select 2 systems
4. goto system set manager and click on overview tab
5. select delete selected systems and click confirm deletions button 
6. Navigate back to systems
  
Actual results: On top right corner of the page displays  2 SYSTEMS SELECTED 


Expected results: On top right corner of the page should display NO SYSTEMS SELECTED


Additional info: Noticed in both QA and Stage

System set simply needed to be cleared after system deletion.
