Description of problem: The question mark icon with a tooltip we added to the System Registration dialog does not work in 5.9. It works great in 6.3, and initial poking around seems to indicate that it should work on GNOME 2.16, but for some reason there's no hover over. It'd be nice if we could investigate this, and get it working for both major versions. This was seen with Subscription-manager-1-0-13-1.el5 and an earlier -12-1 version, on both 5.8 and 5.9.
