Description of problem:

The "Technical Documentation" link on /community/get-started page is broken for it is still using the old document url.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website
2.Go to /community/get-started page
3.Check the "Technical Documentation" link
  
Actual results:

The "Technical Documentation" link is still using the old url of documentation.

Expected results:

The link should use the new documentation url.

Tested this issue on production,INT, and devenv_2009,it has been fixed now, thanks.
