Description of problem: Network Manager is causing a lot of issues with my usb tplink wnt722n. It keeps disconnecting, closing the connection sporadically, changes the frequencies, and udevd sometimes kills the wifi's process. After first connection, it is in regulated domain: US. Then it will deinitialized the usb layer and change the regulated domain to World, then it ends up with regulated domain, CN (China). After getting the frequencies for China, the bandwidth is terrible and I no longer can surf or watch content requiring a larger download pipe.
