Description of problem:
When destroy an app,user get prompt like this:
Do you want to destroy this application (y/n):

but it only recognizes "y",if input anything except "y",will exit and don't destroy app.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.destroy app
2.input s
Actual results:
exit and don't destroy app

Expected results:

prompt user again:
Do you want to destroy this application (y/n):

I believe ASK should cover this, if not sounds like a bug

ask does.  Is this worth fixing for legacy?

I'm working on app create right now and most likely the rest of the app commands next sprint so I am clearing this from the bug list as 'ask' will fix this issue.
