Description of problem:

Switchdesk is completely translated in many languages but its window is always
in English. The reason is in following:

[root@omnibook root]# grep "/usr/share/locale/ru/LC" strace.output
open("/usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/switchdesk-3.9.8.mo", O_RDONLY) = -1
ENOENT (No such file or directory)
[root@omnibook root]# rpm -ql switchdesk | grep /usr/share/locale/ru
/usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/switchdesk.mo
[root@omnibook root]#

Additional info:

Desktop file doesn't have russian translations. File with translations will be
attached.

it's fixed in 4.0.0, which is available in rawhide.
