Description of problem:

/etc/rc.d/init.d/kudzu runs updfstab every time, even when no drive related hw 
changes are detected.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kudzu-0.99.97-1

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot
2.
3.
    
Actual results:
/etc/fstab is updated by updfstab and a corresponding message is printed on 
boot, right after "Checking for new hardware"

Expected results:
/etc/fstab is not updated by updfstab and not message is printed on boot

I don't think we'll change this; it shouldn't cause any issues.
