It seem's that it's not a temporary outage, because we are experiencing this problem since June. we couldn't check a renewal of licenses, done on June. But now we want to check a new purchase of licenses. Our RHN account is IFAE/PIC. Thanks in advance
There is a known problem with userids with "\" or "/" in it. The defect is currently in our backlog for fixes in the near future. For the present, please utilize userids which do not include these punctuation characters. You should also be able to login using the e-mail address for that user if it and the password are unique to that user.
