Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install aeolus.
2.Browse the application on IE8.

  
Actual results:
Login page is  incomplete.The Background color and the text "AEOLUS CONDUCTOR" not displayed. see attached screennshot.

Expected results:
Login page should be seen same as in firefox.

This should be retested when the login page changes are in place.
