spec patch

Description of problem:
Please make wireshark.spec RHEL6/gtk2-compatible. I need to use Wireshark 1.7+ in RHEL and few changes like the ones in attached patch make it significantly easier, to the point of just adding epel repos, installing build dependencies and calling rpmbuild --rebuild wireshark-v-r.src.rpm

All the changes shouldn't affect build on Fedora at all (tested on fc17)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
wireshark-1.8.2-1

gtk2/3 hard dependency re-added, package depends on the same soname when build on RHEL 6 and Fedora 17.
