Also anaconda bugreporter failed to add attachment saying that attachment nas zero size or don't exist.

Steps to reproduce:
PXE boot from http://boot.salstar.sk/

Select "Kernel parameters:", "Set ...", type: "part=root=4,swap=1 nomodeset"
<esc>
Select "Fedora", "Development", "minimal server kickstart".

You can still grab the traceback file and attach it yourself.

This bug looks to have been fixed for many anaconda builds now but missed being closed. If you find you are still experiencing it with Fedora 18 Beta (RC1) or later, please re-open the bug.
