Verified in IS21:

$ rpm -q rhevm

$ rpm -qa | egrep 'dwh|reports'

[root@myhost ~]# su baaa
[baaa@myhost root]$ rhevm-reports-setup 
Error: insufficient permissions for user baaa, you must run with user root.
