Add dependency on fpcalc to make AcoustID fingerprinting work out-of-the-box

fpcalc is a part of chromaprint package but it's not build yet (bug 855456 requests it), so this bug can be properly implemented only after it is resolved.

Closing for the same reason that bug #855456 was closed: fpcalc requires ffmpeg, so a non-starter for Fedora. Feel free to open up a bug for the picard-freeworld component in RPM Fusion: http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/
