Description of problem:
Sync management table changes it's size when sync in progress in Firefox

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. show sync management table
2. sync a repo
3. see the rows to change size while updating status

Expected results:
The table looks the same, only progress bar changes

The bug could be seen in this video at the 1:23 time mark :

where the table starts resizing itself during repo sync.
