Description of problem: Cloud Resource Provider accounts are automatically added to Default cloud but provider accounts must be manually added to user-defined clouds. Inconsistent behavior may confuse users. 2 options: 1. Add provider accounts to all clouds as provider accounts are created 2. Require user to add provider accounts to clouds manually I would be in favor of option 1 to save users a step but not all users will want every provider account enabled on every cloud. I recommend option 2. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.1 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Cloud Resource Provider Account 2. Nav to Default cloud. Select Accounts. Observe provider account has been added automatically. 3. Nav to user-defined cloud. Select Accounts. Observe no provider accounts have been added.
