Description of problem:

There is a mistyped /etc in /etc/ovirt-engine/engine-manage-domains/engine-manage-domains.conf


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[root@dell-per610-02 ~]# rpm -qf /etc/ovirt-engine/engine-manage-domains/engine-manage-domains.conf
rhevm-config-3.1.0-16.el6ev.noarch

See the jbossLoginConfigFile, it is value /et/ovirt-engine/engine-service.xml.

Notice the mistyped /etc.
