On RHEL it is required to install either apr-devel or apr-util-devel package, but this is not mentioned in the installation guide.

This information is added to section 2.1. Prerequisites. This bug will be set to ON_QA when this information appears on the stage.

there is mistake (misspelling) in the sentence: "must be installed s a prerequisite"

"s a" => "as"

Otherwise the correction is ok
