Description of problem:
File /usr/bin/escputil, installed as part of gimp-print-utils,
should be sgid lp in order to access the printer hardware.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gimp-print-utils-4.2.1-5

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a system with an Epson printer on /dev/usb/lp1,
   run escputil -i -r /dev/usb/lp1
2.
3.
    
Actual results:
Permission denied.

Expected results:
It should return the ink level.

Additional info:
Okay, maybe this should be low priority.
