Description of problem:

The link "the User Guide" in the /app/account page pointed to a not found redhat page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to /app/account page
2.Click the "the User Guide' link
3.
  
Actual results:
The link pointed to a not found page .

Expected results:
The link should be pointed to a chapter of Openshift User Guide.

Made this link point to the root of the user guide.  We will be removing deep links to the user guide and replacing them with the top most URL.
