How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch a deployment with single instances and then stop the instance.
2.Launch multi instance deploymnet with 2 instances.and stop once intance out of 2.

  
Actual results:
Observed that for when all instances is stopped, deployment state is displayed in red color. see attached screenshot.
and 
When only one instance is stopped out of 2, the deployment state still displays red color

Expected results:
color diffrentiation required for this 2 different deployment state.

In both cases, the application is in an error state, so we represent both the same way.
