Description of problem:
Attempting to start Mozilla fails if there are multiple user profiles.The select
profile window opens but it is not possible to select a user and then start
Mozilla. With one user the profile window does not open and Mozilla runs. This
was tried on both a new installation and an upgrade from 8.0 with identical
results. The problem does not appear in 8.0.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Setup a user profile other than default in Mozilla
2.Attempt to start Mozilla
Actual Results: Progress beyond the select profile window is impossible as the
profile appears not to select properly
Expected Results: Mozilla should start with the selected profile.
