I do not have fix for this, but you can try workaround instead of rebooting: http://bugzilla.intellinuxwireless.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2143#c44
Does the workaround from above comment works? Or maybe this problem is fixed by a chance by 3.6 kernel? If not, perhaps updating BIOS of lenovo laptop will help?
