Description of problem:
kde-runtime-libs-4.9.2 is missing kio_smb, used to be there in <= 4.9.1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kde-runtime-libs-4.9.2-1.fc19.x86_64
  
Actual results:
Dolphin does not know the smb protocol

-> I guess the problem is that libsmbclient.h moved from /usr/include to /usr/include/samba-4.0, and that the FindSamba cmake script in kdelibs-devel does not find it.

Should hopefully be fixed with kdelibs-4.9.2-3 + kde-runtime-4.9.2-2 builds underway,
