Description james labocki 2012-10-02 17:38:24 UTC
Description of problem:
This is a RFE to determine the time on cloud providers in order to validate the time skew is within a threshold that will not effect performance of CloudForms. Currently, when a provider is added the time is not checked. If the time is very far off it can cause issues. For example, if the vsphere providers time is significantly different then instances may not launch because of superblock checking errors. For amazon EC2 the large time skew may cause certificate based authentication to fail.

I don't really get what is required here. AFAIK in Deltacloud API can't determine the time on provider because this kind of information is usually not advertised in their API.
