Have you seen this at all recently? I've been testing with DVD images (from the looks of your traceback, you appear to be doing so) the past several days and have not seen anything like this.
No, I have not seen this for the past two weeks. (Yes, I test with DVD, or perhaps USB made from DVD via live-cd-iso-to-disk.)
